| (You didn't explain what the monsters are, so for now i'm just going to RP as if they looked the way I think they would. :/)

I heard a monsters roar and a couple survivors. Then the monster roared again. My que. I fired at the monster, hitting it in the leg. The bullet tore right through it, blood splattering everywhere. The monster roared and forgot all about it's previous prey, now focusing completly on me. It charged at me. and swung at me with it's claws(Again, just assumeing they have claws.) I quickly ducked out of the way and fired at it three times. It's body now had a huge hole in it and the monster was staggering around, it was going to die withen a few seconds. It half swung at me, but then fell to the ground and died.
I turned to face the survivors. "Thought you might need some help."
