Looking up 100 foot barriers stretched left and right as far as I could see. They must be surrounding the entire city.

"To keep the nasties out I guess." I replied jumping off the bus and walking up next to dean, following him until we reached the wall. A small white square with little holes was drilled into the wall. I looked at Dean for answers.

I saw Maya look at me and I shrugged back. "Its a speaking box." I told her quietly leaning towards the box. "Hello?" I called. "State your name please." A woman's voice shot back. "Its Dean White." I said back. "And a few others." "What is your purpose here?" The lady asks sounding irritated. "We were sent by H.A.I" I said curtly in reply. "Will be accepted for testing of T virus. Please enter." I stared at the box at its last words. Did she say testing?

A rectangular piece in the wall opened up as we all walked through then it closed behind us. We stood in a narrow hall as I took the lead. "Please step into wait square." A mechanical voice spoke and I rolled my eyes stepping into the square obediently. Glass walls rolled up around me and for a panicked second I though it was going to take me away. Arm please. The voice snapped my out of my daze as I lifted my arm, a sharp needle took my blood sample. "Immune." It said blandly as I stepped out of the box, Maya taking my place.
