After what felt like hours of blackness I finally got to my senses. The floor beneath me was cold, actually everything was cold. That was perfectly fine, my senses are better in the cold. Rubbing my eyes I finally relize I'm in a hall. Well no sense in not moving. Pulling out an old dagger I drag it agenst the wall so I wouldn't get lost.

It was like a sweet fogging mist ahead of me, no doubt a portal but why was it inside the camp. "Weird." I said and noticed the girl from the Poseidon cabin looking at the same thing I was.

Something wasn't right, and where had my new friend Josephine gone? I slipped away silently heading toward the exit of the camp and saw Josie standing in front of something. I stood beside her and looked at it, it was beautiful. Then a voice boomed in my head, "Prove yourself now child, let me know you were not a mistake." I gasped surprised but when I looked around it seemed that I was the only one who heard the deep voice. Without another thought I stepped through the colourful mist.

"Maya no!" I tried to grab her shoulder but she had already stepped through. "All is well that ends well." I shrugged and walked through after her.

It was darkness for what felt like a long time until I realized that I was standing in hall and I could hear the dragging of a knife sliding along stone. The sound echoed eerily and sent a shiver down my spine. Then a hand on my shoulder and I pulled out my sword, holding it to her throat. "Josie." I breathed a sigh of relief and put my sword back in its holder. "how did you get here so fast?"
"What felt like a long time was seconds, portals are like that." Josie replied looking worried.
