This was started by a group of 30 scientists looking for improvement in their race. But here's what happened.
They started with animals, and ended up clashing races with every animal, leaving some originals for clashing humans, so finding an original is impossible. Then they moved on to orphans, the poor ones. They were sucessful, and moved on to public volunteers. They got so many good results, every country used it. If the country couldn't afford it, then of course, they went nexdoor.
Soon it became a world wide law, that all humans be mixed, or how we use it, clashed, with other animals. The U.S. had the richest, most interesting hybrids. The poorer countries had simple hybrids. Some humans were accidentaly transformed completely.
Then it happened.
One day, the U.S. claimed itself the best hybrid race of the countries. And of course, the other countries challenged that. Soon they all teamed up, erased borders, renamed countries and states. Soon, there were 13 countries in all.
