Bio: Before he found out he had super reflexes, he and his friend one day were walking home and it was getting late so they took a shortcut through an alleyway. They were mugged, and his best friend was killed by the mugger. Swearing vengance when he got home, he broke into his father's glass cabnient and took the wooden Katana there, named Ketsushiyo. Taking Ketsushiyo back to the alleyway, he found the mugger and mercilessly beat him. In the middle of this fight, he discovered his super-human reflexes. He killed the man with the wooden katan by breaking his neck. An eye for an eye, he proclaimed and then took up a mask and became a vigilante known as The Tearful One.
Other: The red streaks symbolize the tears of the Innocents who are killed every day.
