I could sense that Chloe and Kissara were talking. I leaned closer to Chloe and whispered "I'll distract." It was risky, but I couldn't exactly talk to her through my mind. I walked closer to the agent again but stopped an inch away from the tip of his gun. "I have powers as all you know." I started. "It really sucks actually. Basically, I'm like a bomb and I can blow up when ever I want except it will kill me in the process." I smiled now bluffing as many of the agents faces turned to fear. "I am as powerful as a nuke."

Powers(max3): Extreme strength, higher than average speed, and blood scent. (Basically, where he can identify or find you from your blood. On a rare occasion, this can trigger a form shift into a bear, but this is only if he is on the brink of death, which will be very little.)

Bio: Russell Was a child of the Borgia family, who was more adept and angered than the normal child. At the age of two, he tried to fit the square block into the circle block, and smashed the block against it so hard, it shredded the edges of the cube until it fit. At the age of four, he could already break into a full run. At the age of seven, his achievements were heard all around the town, and it spread, unfortunately, too far. He was taken from his home by social services for unknown reasons, and by the age of 10, they taught him his power. He mastered his power, learning how far his power can go, and how much stronger he becomes by the day. He works out avidly, gaining more and more strength, at the expense of low intelligence from no exposure to school or any form of learning. Soon, he realized how much he lost from being taken, and rage began to boil up inside him, until he turned from a friend to the scientists, and a laborer, to a savage and murderer. In his own words, "Science will have its downfall, when I cut it down!"

Other: He may seem extremely powerful, but his lack of intelligence and his bear form only being available at the brink of death, provides him with a lack of strategic advantage, against people with three consistent powers, and some form of intelligence.
(I made a character before who was just strength and speed, but I can't find his CS, so I made a new one.)
