Appearance: He wears a purple shirt, and worn jeans. He don't wear shoes. His brown hair is all piled on top of his head, and his grey-blue eyes are constantly spaced out.
Power: The blast has seriously mutated him. He has 4 arms, which share the strength of the original 2. He keeps 2 hidden under his shirt at all times. He also has transparent, bug-like wings on his back. These he pushes into his back, hoping no-one notices them.
Bio: After the blast, he has become a loner, killing all who attempt to harm him. He will not join a gang.

I stood on top of the building.
It had taken a fair time to get up here. Flying up wasn't an option, so i climbed.
Looking down on all the people in the square below, i spotted someone with a cat...Ah well.
Then someone whispered behind me...
"I got what you need..."
Whipping around, i saw a Reaper gang person, with his face covered up and everything.
"No you don't. I'm not joining, for the last time." I said.
"You are a valuable asset, Steve. We don't want to loose you."

I looked up and by chance saw a person standing on the edge of a building, his back turned as if he was talking to someone. What was that all about? Why would he be up there in the first place, actually?

Without thinking, i jumped off the edge of the building. He leaped after me, and grabbed onto my hand.

Did he just fall? And who was that with him.... that wasn't a Reaper was it?! This was insane... I dropped the cat...thing and then noticed something. I felt like I could manipulate the molecules I felt like I could "see". Thus doing so, I accidentally created a flame in my hand. "Gah..." I put it out by waving my hand in the air. That was certainly weird... those two... how would they survive?

| The bug-wings started up, and we began to rise.
The Hood-man reached into his pocket and pulled out a knife...
But one of the other hands reached out from under my shirt, and pushed him away.
Him not expecting that, he fell down the 5 story's to his death.
I fly over the building, and land in an alleyway.
No-one saw that. No-one.

I saw five rather tall people on some distant buildings... a small flash of light and suddenly they were on the building those other two fell on. They looked down and saw the fallen Reaper. I realized these must be some the commanders.. They teleported again and were now on the streets by the dead body. "Where did he go..." I assumed they meant the flying person...

"Don't let him escape!" They all started firing.. lightning bolts from their hands? Trying to shoot down a flying person? This was getting really odd... but I decided I'd see if I could help the flying person. I ran up to one, about to push him out of the way, when my palm burst on fire again... Odd. It didn't hurt either. As soon as it made contact, it made a fiery explosion, which sent the Reaper into wall, which resulted in his unconsciousness... Maybe I shouldn't have done that... Because now the others were looking at me. Oh crap... I started to run, but while doing so I felt myself get smaller and my body change, as if I was changing my Bio Structure. I became some odd black and blue furred fox thing... But my new found abilities felt stronger.. obviously I was physically weaker though. (That's the advantage and disadvantage of my two forms.)
