(NOTE: Ghouls are creatures that follow their maters commands. They're like zombies.)
~~Story~~
Throughout history, vampires have been a common topic. There was Prince Draco, a not very well known vampire. There was Vlad Dracula, The "No Life King". Along with others. Most people believe these stories to be mythes. I say not. About 5% of most of the poeple on earth are probably vampires.
Some of the things humans think are wrong, such as, vampires are enemies with werewolves, vampires are immortal, etc. Especially the topic of immortality. Only one vampire has ever achieved immortality. All us other vampires are simply walking in his shadow.
The No Life King, the Ultimate Vampire.
His story is by far the most well known. Maybe some new stories should be written.
New Chronicles, new stories.
But who will write them?

It was nearly time for my duel with the vampire, I had time to stop by Joe's Gun Shop and by a little surprise for my undead friend. It would probably cause most of my money and definatly be over the top, but it would be worth it. A smile came to my face. This would be a fun night.

I saw the detective before he saw me.
"Hello detective," I greeted him.
"Hello demon," he said coldly
I pretended to be hurt, "That was uncalled for..."
"You're a vampire, you kill humans, you're a monster!" I didn't say anything so he continued. "So, are you ready to fight?"
"Fight?" I asked, "Who said anything about fighting?"
"...Umm... you did," he said, now confused.
"No, I said we would settle this one and for all. I never said anything about fighting."
"Then what do you intend on doing?"
"Convincing you I'm not the monster you think I am," I said with a slight smile.
"And how do you think you're going to do that?"
"By telling you the truth, for one, I don't kill humans, in fact, I don't drink blood at all... Or at least not on a regular basis. I'm only a half vampire, I don't need blood to survive, and I don't enjoy the taste anyways, I only drink blood to increase my power when I need to. And I don't drink from ordinary humans either, when I do drink blood, I only take it form a 'special' source to make sure I get the most amount of power that I can with the least amount of blood. And further mo-"
"Will you just shut up! I don't care what you are! As long as you have even a drop of vampire blood in your veins, then it's my job to kill you!" And with that, he pulled picked something up from the ground that I hadn't noticed.
"Don't you think that's a bit extreme?" I said, nodding the the rocket launcher.
He just shrugged with a huge grin on his face, "A little, but it's still worth it!" And with that, he fired to weapon, only to be devastated when I simply stepped out of the way. A few seconds later, the building behind me was blown to pieces, but it was only a store of some kind which was closed at this hour, so no one had died, but plenty of people had been woken up by the explosion, and were probably calling the cops by now.
"I believe the word to describe this situation," I said in a mocking tone, " is 'oops'." And with that, I quickly became invisible as to not get into any trouble.
