I wondered around the Neon District... I was lucky I was even alive, really. I had been in the Historic District during the time of the blast, and many people nearby died almost instantly. Many survived, yes, but not near as many as the city had hoped. And the Reapers. They were certainly a new threat...

I walked by a bench, but stopped when a cat was just sitting there. Why would a cat do that? (No rhyme intended lol...) I would think it would be in the alleys, or something along those lines.
