| There, where the start of the death of so many people shall start, lies a city. The city is Empire City. A large city sprawling with activity. People were naturally carefree, along with the occaisional trouble maker, or drunk killer. Not too much was out of the ordinary. This all changed in the blink of an eye, when mysteriously a large electrical explosion occurred in the Historic District. They thought it was a terrorist attack. No one is sure... It caused city wide black outs, and the only district with any power now is the Neon district. People with powers started to appear... some think it's even related to the explosion. A plague also started taking over, and the government locked the city down in quarantine. The people with powers then started taking over, creating gangs. In the Neon District, they created a gang called the Reapers, who were at first just drug dealers. Those who thought it openly, were never seen again. A rumor is that they are actually mind controlled by someone, but no one has dared to approach them and ask. Well, no one who is still breathing. They wear red hoodies with a white skull painted on the hood. You can't see their faces. Their leaders seem to be able to generate electricity, and seem taller than most people. They wear white hoodies with a black skull painted on the hood. There are other people who stand with smaller gangs, and even people who stand with their own powers, forming gangs or going solo.
What will you be? A hero of Empire city? One to be feared? Or take neither side and simply go the road alone?

Appearance: I have black pants and a shirt, and I wear a blue jacket over that which has sleeves longer than needed. The jacket has a hood I always have up. My eyes are violet, possibly due to mutation from the blast, and my hair is long-ish and black. I can morph myself into a cat-like creature (My avatar) by manipulating my atoms. I do not know I can do this though.
Power: Matter Manipulation, sort of a control of everything. Except the drawback is the fact that its individual powers, such as fire control or electrokinesis, are weaker than someone who controls just those powers.
