'In the Well' Idea

| (Based off a show called 'InuYasha')
(Ya, I watch anime. Problem? XD)
(Just to clear things up, lets say you live on a shrine, and theres a well there. (You'll understand what I mean when you read the story so far)
Thoughts so far:
~Story~
My names Miku Higurashi. Your average high school student. That is, until I fell into the well on the shrine at my house... That day I fell in, I found myself in the same well, but in a different time. I was in the fuedal era, 500 years away from my time now. When I climbed out, I found myself on the same place my house was built on, but 500 years back. How could I tell? The sacred tree that has lasted so long, that it still lives in my own time.
Now, I need to find out how to get back, or maybe find others. And guess what? This happened to you too.
~Plot~
When everyone is together, they have to protect something called 'The Sacred Shikon Jewel'. However, a demon attacks, and shatters the jewel. Now, the village priestess tells us to collect the Shikon Jewel shards.
Now, we found out theres an incrediblly strong demon called Naraku, who has collected more than half of the shards. And we have to defeat him.
One more thing. This is about the Jewel. Legend says that when the jewel is in possession of a demon, it makes them incredibly strong. Even a fragment can inhance their power.
Also, when the jewel is whole, the owner can make a wish upon it. But there is only one correct wish. And nobody has figured it out yet.
~Extra~
There are demons, and sometimes half-demons. When this idea becomes a thread, you can choose to be a half-demon, priest/priestess, monk, demon slayer, etc. But to be a half-demon, demon, monk or demon slayer, you must live in the fuedal era. Which means you aren't from modern times.

| Nope. It's a choice. Watching the show clears alot of things up, but I doubt you'd do that XD
Well, it's not really a CHOICE its something you're practically born with.
Ex: To be a priestess, you would probablly be on the archery team in modern times..
Its not very simple to explain :/

| Just explain the type of weapons each "Class" tend to use, and I think I can explain it.
I saw the show back when It first came on, back as a kid. Don't know where I'd see it now though.

| Lol. I remember watching some japanese show called 'One Piece' when I was a kid.
Japanese people are pervs.
Aaannnnnyyywaayyyss....
Priests/Priestesses would use bow and arrows, normally.
Demons could really use anything. From swords to claws to teeth.
Hald-demons can use the same stuff as Demons, but less powerful.
Plain humans can learn to wield swords and bows, etc.

| Nope. The main character is some girl that falls through the well and becomes a priestess. Their isnt really a main character though >_<... Theres 2 main ones. The girl, and InuYasha (some half-demon guy)

| I was talking about Inuyasha, really. He seems to be the main character, really. The show is named after him, he's around the most, etc.
