| Are you sure you have ADD, ADHD, AND short term memory loss? Unless doctors have checked your brain and found it themselves, the memory forgetting is simply from the ADD and ADHD. This is a commonly believed thing, people think because they have ADD or ADHD and can't remember stuff very well, they think they have memory loss issues.

| I don't have any conditions like that, but it's hard for me to stay still. And the only way I can focuse on something I don't want to focuse on is inflicting myself with pain.
