"Hey I never agreed to be the leader, Sammy would be a much better fit. And anyways not having real exercise for a little less then a year didn't help me," after replying I tripped and slammed my face into a tree trunk. My nose bleeding rapidly, but I got up and started running, slightly faster, like nothing happened. I didn't wipe my nose or try to stop the bleeding or anything.
