"I'm sorry to bother you but....I heard you were very smart. And I noticed you were in my class." My voice was silky, smooth, mesmerizing. This human would fall instantly to my charms... "I need a help on this question, before class starts." I continued to keep my head low, if she saw my eyes right now she might get scared. I pulled out my book and showed her question 11 which I left alone on purpose. "This one about the spell I didn't understand how the light and darkness came together, y'know?" I understood perfectly but she didn't know that.

I flew into the courtyard and landed on a tree in the garden spotting Josiah...that strange boy talking to the newbie. His head was low, and I couldn't see his eyes but it looked as if he was talking. I never heard him speak.

I lift my hand across slowly as if to open my book but touch her hand instead, forcing her to look into my eyes. I could feel the energy being sucked out of her like a drink being sucked out by a straw. If I didn't stop now I might kill her, take her entire life source leaving her pale and lifeless on the grass of the courtyard. I yanked my head away suddenly, my glowing tattoos dimmed and went back to their original colour. "Oh are you ok, looks like you suddenly got dizzy!" I took too much because it seemed as if she almost fainted.

I vomited on the ground and look up with a slight grin.
"My mom warned me about kids like you," I wipe my mouth with my sleeve, "But thanks, now I know what to look for next time I'm someone's prey. Your energy is unusually close that that of electricity," My eye lids dipped, the words came out groggy but with an unusual sound of confidence sticking to them.

"I'm sorry what?" I asked her. But gave up the lies right away. "So you know what I am then huh?" I looked at the vomit on the ground, she must feel really weak. "My names Josiah..I'm really sorry but it was just borrowed energy." I gave her an awkward smile. "I uh...I'll give it back some day." I tried to sound sincere as I stood up offering her a hand but then quickly hiding it behind my back. "I'm not good with people."

I stand up normal now, full awake again getting my energy back was easy.
"This actually my free period, I don't have a class," my words where no longer shaky. That's the fastest I've charged myself before.
