Description (Based off of Planet Chevron's Liberty Party.):
This takes place in the year 2573, in which mankind, led by the TSS, or Terran Senatorial Systems, has spread across the stars. While signs of previous civilization exist, they matter little. Whatever the human race may have encountered died out millions of years ago. Whatever we could have salvaged has long since become melded into its surroundings, leaving rich veins of ore streaking across the surface of planets.
Those planets are known as cracked worlds, due to the strange metal that covers the landscape which gives them a distinct 'cracked' appearance from orbit. Realizing the potential value of the deposits, the a new section of the TSS was formed: the EDO, or Enhanced Drilling Operation division. The forming of the EDO marked a new period of prosperity for the TSS, allowing unparalleled levels of production via the materials extracted from the cracked worlds.
But that was then, and this is now.
We have had enough of having to slave for those who rely on us. We deserve freedom. We deserve our metals. The TSS refuses us our freedom; and refuses us our metals. Our people stay here, starved for riches while the TSS dogs sit down in Terra and sip their cups of tea! They will not hear our plight. This calls not just for for justice; this calls for nothing less than revolution!

Appearance: In attachment, without the massive minigun.
Bio [REQUIRED]: Hecarim was affiliated with the TSS as a mine guard. As such, he has access to a few high-grade guns, but most have been locked away from his access, apart from those he keeps on him 24/7. He keeps a Custom made rifle and a high-power revolver with him, along with a baton. Hecarim was confronted by revolutionists, and conformed to their cause. He never had a true liking of the fancy pricks on the TSS management, and this was simply his way of getting revenge. He never takes his suit off around other people, and he doesn't talk very often.
