I don't mind if you're late, but you will need an excuse. If you don't show up without an excuse, you will be reduced to 'checked' until further notice. User's are required to come, so are admins and mod's.
If a user doesn't show up without an excuse, there will be a temporary reproof for that person until further notice.
If 5 or more people can't come, I will reschedule.
If you can't come, please tell me in the comments.

I don't know how to use that *restrains from swearing* time zone converter, so please tell me the time by any american country. It'd be easier for me like that >.< unless you don't want for me to come.
